Your payment card will be debited upon ordering of the goods. No statement on this online store shall be deemed to affect the statutory rights of a consumer which cannot be excluded or restricted by law.

Payment Methods

We accept payment via PayPal, the leading Internet payment scheme who accept the following credit cards: - Visa, Delta, Visa Electron & MasterCard.

We also accept cheques, cash and postal orders. When sending cash or postal orders, these must be sent via Recorded Delivery or an equivalent secure method. Cheques must be made payable to Heron Cross Pottery Limited.

You will be given a unique order number when you go to the checkout, please write this on the back of your cheque, postal orders or any correspondence. We will always acknowledge receipt of your payment.


Once you have received your order if you decide you don’t want to keep it you have 30 days to return the unused product for a refund of the cost of the product minus any postage costs. Please email us through the contact form before returning the item(s) within 7 days of receiving the order.

If the item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so a replacement can be sent out as soon as possible.
